we focus on two core areas
We focus on two core areas: Enterprise Service Management (ESM) LINK and Identity and Access Management (IAM) LINK. Our certified employees have many years of expertise in all aspects of these two areas – from initial process consulting and tool selection to implementation.
For the implementation, we exclusively use solutions of proven partners from the German-speaking area (D/A/CH). Because we rely on processes made in Germany.
Our supplementary SKILLz LINK are functional extensions for our solutions. These can be technology-based or cross-technology. Because in all our projects we are increasingly faced with typical and recurring problems and challenges. That is why we are constantly on the lookout for excellent solutions. If we are convinced of one, we include it in our portfolio.

Bringing good things together
The concept of ‘multisourcing’ is gaining ground in the area of IT service and support. Companies are using a growing number of suppliers to provide services for their end customers and to fulfil other business-critical tasks.
In addition to specific extensions, which we categorise into best practices or most-wanted solutions, for example, we also offer system-connecting solutions from our stack. For the entire governance area, we have found answers to the most frequently asked questions within our projects. We are happy to offer these to our customers on request.
