Our Minions*

The heart, the guts, the service. However you want it, our central services and marketing deliver everything so the other teams can focus on our customers.

* The Minions – they are hard-working helpers who are always on hand! We provide the all-round carefree package for our dedicated staff and take care of the annoying stuff that keeps them from performing optimally for the customer. We ensure smooth processes in the operational area and thus keep their backs free.

On the one hand, there are the Service Minions. They run the show from accounting to HR. They also do their best to help out with all kinds of other issues.

On the other hand, there are the Marketing Minions, who organise events and ensure that our vision is optimally disseminated. With their ideas and projects, they strengthen the sense of unity within the company and show the world how #beautifulbusiness works.
