- Technical support – 1st level – from our experts: Our experienced specialists are ready to answer your technical queries precisely at the first level of support.
- Specialist support – 2nd level – from 3 tickets in scope (flat rate): For more specific requirements, we offer 2nd level support, which is included in the scope of the contract for three or more tickets. - Daily technical operations: We monitor and maintain your solution on a daily basis. This includes monitoring relevant interfaces, updating SSL certificates, application and web servers, licenses, event logs, log files, queues and services.
