Currently, over 100 ESM-relevant processes in the areas of IT, HR, Facility, Marketing, Finance & Legal, Corporate and Customer Service are delivered with OOTB. The Pink Elephant and Serview certified processes for ITIL v3 and ITIL 4 support the digitalisation of processes throughout the company.
The solution is rounded off by the integrated process engine according to BPMN 2.0 and the full support of IT Finance Management.
